What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve the majority of Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Our primary service areas include Doral, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Kendall, Pembroke Pines, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Do you need to plug into my home's water or electricity?

Not at all! Our luxury Mercedes Sprinter vans are 100% self-sufficient. We carry our own fresh, temperature-controlled water supply and generate our own clean electricity to power the hydrobath, AC, and whisper-quiet dryers.

How long does an appointment take?

Most grooming sessions take between 1 to 2 hours. However, the exact time depends on the size of your pet, their breed, the condition of their coat, and the specific spa package you select. We never rush the process, ensuring your pet is relaxed and safe.

The Grooming Experience

Can I stay inside the van with my pet?

Due to space limitations, insurance regulations, and to minimize distractions for your pet, pet parents cannot stay inside the van during the groom. Pets are actually much calmer and cooperative when their owners are not present. Don't worry, we'll bring them right back to your door looking fabulous!

Do you use cages or cage dryers?

Absolutely not. We provide a 1-on-1, cage-free experience. Your pet will have the undivided attention of our groomer from start to finish. We use high-velocity, whisper-quiet hand dryers and towel drying techniques to keep them comfortable.

How do you handle aggressive or highly anxious pets?

Our groomers are trained to handle anxious pets with extreme patience and gentle techniques. We create a calm environment using aromatherapy and soothing voices. However, if a pet becomes dangerously aggressive, we prioritize safety and reserve the right to stop the grooming session.

Requirements & Booking

What vaccinations are required?

For the safety of your pet and our groomers, we require proof of an up-to-date Rabies vaccination for all dogs and cats. We also strongly recommend the Bordetella (kennel cough) and Parvovirus vaccines.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We make payment easy! We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Zelle, Apple Pay, and exact cash at the end of the grooming session.
